i was shocked to find so much hair in the bathroom, clearly cleanliness isn’t a priority here. i also woudl ve been delighted with a room upgrade, but apparently only the regulars receive those. breakfast ran out too early, so much for the ‘complimentary’ part. absoluteley unimpressive overall.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, with a special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk who made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

However, the breakfast experience left much to be desired, as items were frequently running low, and I arrived too late to find a full selection. This could use better management to ensure guests have access to all offerings during breakfast hours.

I had a great experience at Quality Inn in Thomasville. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Staff members, especially Theresa at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The customer service stood out as they promptly addressed any concerns. However, I encountered issues with breakfast. I went down to the dining area around 8 AM, but many food items were already gone and not replenished. It was disappointing not to find a complete offering when breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 AM. Overall, the hotel maintained a pleasant atmosphere, but better breakfast management would elevate the stay.
